Su-Lin is the CEO of CMRM since 1 February 2025. She is responsible for leading the management team in the planning and execution of CLMT’s overall growth and operational strategies.

Chief Financial Officer
Having started his career with Price Waterhouse, now known as PwC, Yeong Chyan has almost 30 years of experience in the field of audit as well as in leading and managing the full spectrum of finance functions of companies involved in various industries including plantation and integrated palm oil manufacturing; property development and investment; and investment holdings.
Yeong Chyan is responsible for CLMT’s financial and risk management functions including the financial and management reporting, taxation, budgeting, treasury and all other finance and risk-related matters.
Head, Investment
Matthew began his career in corporate planning with one of Kuok Group’s real estate companies in Malaysia. Subsequently, he joined Mapletree Investment and was stationed between Singapore and China for more than two years under the asset management department. He then joined CapitaLand Group and was involved in the listing of CLMT. He rose through the ranks and was appointed Head of Investment in 2021. He has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry covering financial feasibility study, due diligence, investment, valuation, capital structuring, strategic planning and regulatory compliance.
Matthew heads the investment department of the Manager. He is responsible for formulating and executing investment and divestment strategies to enhance CLMT’s portfolio returns. Matthew has worked for a reputable conglomerate in Malaysia and a government-linked real estate company in Singapore and China. He has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry covering financial feasibility study, due diligence, investment, valuation, capital structuring, strategic planning and regulatory compliance. He obtained his Master of Science in Real Estate Investment Finance (Distinction), Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom.
Head, Portfolio Management
Melaine has more than 10 years of related experience in the real estate and REIT sectors. Prior to joining the Manager, she was with Hektar Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. and involved in various functions including corporate strategy, asset management, investor communications, public relations and risk management. Prior to her appointment as Head, Portfolio Management in 2023, Melaine was actively involved in the asset management of The Mines, Sungei Wang Plaza and 3 Damansara.
Melaine heads the portfolio management function and is responsible for CLMT portfolio’s asset formulation, performance optimisation and asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs) to maximise portfolio value and returns.
Head, Investor Relations & Sustainability
Prior to joining the Manager, Jasmine was a journalist with several media agencies specialising in the real estate sector and sharpened her corporate communications skillsets with several public-listed property developers.
Responsible for providing strategic counsel to senior management and facilitating timely and effective communication with the investment community, Jasmine also drives CLMT's sustainability efforts. She is instrumental in elevating CLMT's ESG commitment and achieving its sustainability ambitions.
Head, Legal & Secretarial and Compliance Officer
Samantha has more than 20 years’ experience both in legal practice and as in-house counsel specialising in real estate, equity and debt capital markets, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions including general retail and commercial transactions. Prior to this, she was part of Sunway Group's group legal function and was the Compliance Officer for Sunway REIT for almost a decade.
Samantha heads the legal and secretariat department of the Manager. She is also the appointed Compliance Officer for CLMT.
